This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the lucky55 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are valid from that date until updated.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the lucky55 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the lucky55 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. lucky55 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by providing reasonable notice via the platform or your registered email.
The lucky55 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one active account on lucky55. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Lucky55 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the lucky55 support team immediately at [email protected].
Account Closure & Suspension
Lucky55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited at lucky55's discretion.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the lucky55 platform solely for lawful purposes that do not contravene Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from lucky55.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or stability of the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Abusing promotional offers through multiple accounts or other unfair means.
- Disrupting other users' experience or unlawfully influencing game outcomes.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and appropriate legal action where the violation constitutes a criminal offence.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All transactions on the lucky55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (online banking), direct bank transfers to designated accounts, and additional methods that may be added from time to time. All deposits must be made through officially supported channels — lucky55 is not responsible for transactions made through unofficial channels.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. lucky55 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals above certain limits. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within one to three business days.
Transaction Cancellation & Disputes
All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. Users wishing to dispute a transaction must contact the lucky55 support team within 14 days of the transaction date. lucky55 will thoroughly investigate all disputes and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Lucky55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical delays, or data errors. The platform is provided "as is" and lucky55 makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lucky55 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of lucky55 or its respective licensors. Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited. The lucky55 brand name and trademarks may not be used by any party without express authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The lucky55 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or information. lucky55 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Lucky55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for security or legal reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to first attempt resolution through lucky55's customer support channels before pursuing legal action.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
